Valley Oaks Apartments

Face it...you get what you pay for. From: jackiebeautiful1126 Date posted: 4/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Overall, I am satisfied with Valley Oaks because it is everything I expected it would be: Cheap fixtures, Tasteful but nothing special, Poor workmanship with the 3 Stooges for Staff. Don't move in expecting the Hilton, because you'll just be disappointed. But if you're trying to save money for a while, this is the perfect place. Yes there are bugs, yes there are things that break, like appliances and pipes...and yes creepy people live here to...but what do you expect this joint was built 4 decades ago. It's cheap, but I can't complain...I picked it. That's why it is called "renting" because it's not permenant.
