I have lived her since last November last. I can't wait til June when my lease is up.There hasn't been any cold water since June, and the people in the office swear that it is because of the temp outside. I personally have never lived in a place before that the temp outside affected the water temp. I have also been trying to get them to fix my shower for 10 days now and no one will come fix it.they saying that they will come back to fix it and don't.And I also have compared my water bill with a couple of my freinds that live here. The bills were exactly the same to the penny.I have no clue how that could happen. So if you have a choice, DO NOT move here. You will regret it.

The water bill is prorated which means that the apartment pays the initial water bill and then the residents pay the apartment back. The apartment complex averages the total water bill and then splits it evenly amongst the entire complex. The last two apartment complexs did the same thing. It is actually better that way because you can use all the water you want and never pay more than 40 dollars.
