i moved in july and this is a great place manager is very nice and all way love tslking to her and the office staff is great everytime i had a problem they have fix it even when i am not there not a bad place to live when i am home and everyone is just so nice thanks bh managment aka valley oaks

Have you experienced any problems with roaches? Also,is your electrib bill too high?I've heard all kind of things...Thanks this is one of the properties that I'm checking out

your ----in weird. I live there now and Im glad Im getting out of that -------- the parking lot has people driving all times of the night with loud music on they lie to you. rosemary is a lazy piece of ---- and the manager leah only gets off her ass to go home.. they are a bunch of pricks, maintenance is a ----in joke they fix something and leave the rest alone they have their heads in their asses
