I have lived here for almost 2 years and overall I have been satisfied. I was worried when I first moved in because the rent was so inexpensive. We did have a roach problem at first and nothing the apartments did helped but we were able to take care of it ourself with very little out of pocket. Maintenance has been very good 95% of the time. There have been some issues with safety but the office I feel is good at keeping us informed. I do see how it is going downhill with some of the residents that have been moving in lately. The only real complaint I have is the water bill. We have had bills that have ranged from $55-90. The only way I can explain that is that we are having to pay more because of empty units. I don't feel this should be my problem, not sure if other apartments do that'''
