Well I was reading some of the other reviews and I really don't get it...I lived there for 3yrs,in a very huge two bedroom apt.With carpet I got to pick out.The maintenance was very nice and always on time.The office staff was very sweet!!! always helpful.One review mentioned a girl that didn't even work here during 1997-2000,but part time,which I mean that girl was part-time help only.All the office staff was very sweet and helpful tho..
Now I will have to admit there are alot of kids there ,but when considering moving there you have to know there are like four schools extremely close (with in walking distance)and a park on two sides of the street.There use to be TWO daycares but one closed.Roaches>''I had very few roaches, like maybe I could count them even lol.Maybe you should take in consideration that every family lives diffrently thus giving a problem for roaches or not.I lived in the middle of the apts,I had no noise problems what so ever,Except my own lol and it was controled by my own remote.The landscaping was always neat and tidy,The parking lots always nice to drive on.and lots of parking too!! I always wondered if they even used all them.the residents are friendly and nice to live by.I got along with all my neighbors in my building.The only reason I moved was due to a job transfer.
