Stay away...far far away!! My parents have lived here for 3 years. The rent is Cheap, the apartments are huge, but that is about as good as it gets. The cops are out here almost daily!! Loud music everywhere, and lots of teenagers that like to cause problems. Maintenance' What's that...We are still waiting to stuff fixed that we told them about 2 months ago!!
The electric is sub-metered through the office, and I swear they are skimming off the top or at least charging everyone for the common areas, it is outrageous! the management is not approachable at all!! there was a manager here that was great, but she is no longer here. the people in the office now are full of CRAP!!! They told friends of my parents that they could move in on a certain day, then, two months later, it still wasn't ready!! That happened about a year ago. Well, they just did it again!!! No wonder they can't get their occupancy over 33%!!
the pariking lot is a trash receptacle!! Kids run around and noone gives a damn. Oh, and NEVER pay cash, and make sure you get your receipt--or else they will try to evict you for non-payment.
