Wellesley Park Apartments

Stay Away! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The apartment was not painted when I moved in, I had a hole in the wall; the tiles were coming up; my central air was broke and it took them a month to fix it during the summer time; light fixtures weren't fixed; my dishwasher didn't work, the front door didn't close all the way. I had to move in quickly and when I signed the lease I looked at the apartment and let them know everything that was wrong that needed to be fixed. Six out of the seven itms were still messed up when I moved out. Maintenance will take weeks or months to come out and fix a problem. Please don't let me talk about the so called electric bill. They are ripping their tennants off. I'm a cheap person and to save money on my electric bill I would slide the thermostat all the way to 90 during the day and run my fan. At night I use to slide the thermostat to 80. So how in the world my electric bill came out to be $270.00! and since you'd be paying your electric bill through the apartment complex, I firmly believe that they are taking advantage of that. When I lived in a previous apartment and done the same thing, with the thermostat my electric bill used to be $65.00. Something's not right when you're paying your electric bill through Wellesley Park Apts complex. I know that some people say that you really don't know how something is, good or bad, unless you experience it for yourself, and remember how your parents use to warn you before you'd ruin your life by doing something stupid. Think of me as your parent. All B.S. aside, please believe me when I say to you that you would be making a serious mistake if you move to these apartments. Seriously. You have to know when something's not right when the time I've lived there, they had about three diffrent apartment managers. The only good thing about the apartment complex is that they are very spacious and they're cheap, but you get what you pay for! One last thing. They want their money on time for the rent, but they can't come out and fix items around your apartment on time.
