My apartment did have pest problems, roaches, mice. Ceiling did have some discolored areas possibly from a leak (I lived on 2nd floor). Grounds behind my apartment were kind of trashy to. Carpet was kinda old and discolored had some worn areas. And the dryers in the laundry mat didnt work well...You had to dry the same load twice costing more.
