Definitely not the nicest place to rent - I now know why I received such a great price for my lease here...and it's not because I got a great deal! Biggest mistake in life to move to Remington Hills - Zero mantainance, Every one are busy in office and will never respond to call. If step in to office need to wait for atlease 1hr to talk with them. I never seen such a bad carpets in my life, carpet slips while walking, so, can estimate how bad caperts you get in appartment.
