garden gate apts - Have lived here for 8 years. Only one crime that I know of; and that was probably from a disgruntled employee on a manager of a food service who lived here. Police call this happy valley as nothing ever happens here. Management is available and is to responsive to issues. Has become a bit old but is still worthwhile.
