Please dont walk in to these apartments.They dont maintain properly.Staff will never take care of any issues.There are 3 robberies in the past 8 months.Never walk in to these apartments.Though we complainted many times they are not taking care.I live in single bed apartment near pool side.No one follows the timings.Above all they are too expensive.Moreover parking is the worst.you will not have enough space to park.

I am planning to move to 1 bedroom apartment in amli soon. I was happy with the reviews and was all confident about the move in but now Im feeling a bit nervous by reading recent reviews. Are your concerns taken care off? Do you recommend this apt community to anyone? Please advise may be it can help me making a decision faster.

These apartments are not bad at all, I have enjoyed living here and actually just renewed my lease for another 12 months. Any maintenance i have ever asked for has been done same day. if you live by the pool anywhere, expect there to be noise that's just common sense there.

I disagree with the rebutals. While the complex is nice, managament is horrible. Maybe you like someone waking you up 2 or 3 times a week (pool). I do not. This is a management responsibility, and they fail miserably. My advice, complain and complain often. Join me in being vocal. And not just on this site, but to corporate 866-737-4943, and also express your opinions when you see staff showing units. That wakes them up in a hurry!
