I have had no problems here and have lived here since they first opened. The office has had some changes in staff but that can happen anywhere. They have always addressed any issue i have had, good or bad within a timely manner. my apartment is beautiful and in response to the pool noise, DON'T LIVE NEXT TO A POOL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAR THE NOISE, like the other person said, that's common sense. they keep up with the landscape and the maintenance is always finished either same day or early next day, the guys are great!

No the maintenance is NOT always finish the next day. That is a false statement. You are trully amazing. Yes he chose to live by the pool after he was told (I am sure) that the pool hours DON'T go pass 10PM. He has the right to get what he was promise. How dare you say that a person is NOT entiled to a reasonable night of sleep. This is SIMPLY ABOUT RESPECT. His time is not being RESPECTED.. So I guess you have NO problems with someone DISPECTING you RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!
