I can t believe the comments this person is writing. Wow you must be crazy. I love it here. I moved in around the end of March. I don t have complains about anything. I have enjoyed living here and plan on staying. The staff is great. They always say hi to me and ask me how my day is going. They know my dog by name. I love it. I am sorry that there are bad reviews from these people. Trust me I tell everyone about these apartments. I wouldn t listen to anything that this person keeps writing. I can tell they are mad about something, but it doesn t have anything to do with the staff. The hole staff is GREAT!!! The apartments are great!!! The neighbors are great!!! I had to write something. I couldn t believe the comments WOW!! Not true at all!

I've lived in multiple apartments and had multiple issues...I've come to expect that as a part of apartment living. I expect to hear things through walls, hear people talking in the breezeway, etc. I choose to live in an apartment and accept that. I chose not to lease by the pool because my experience tells me that if I live by the pool, I better expect to hear kids playing, screaming and splashing...(by the way, I don't know why you would state their nationality "a dozen Asians"...who cares the nationality, noise is noise. You pay $885 for a one bedroom? Were you not told that was your rent in the beginning? You whine like you didn't willfully sign a contract to live here at that price. I pay significantly more than that but at least I don't have to walk three flights of stairs. Kinda sounds like your doing your best to get out of your obligation and hope the staff bails you out. By the way, you spoke of libel...blah, blah, blah....didn't you do the same thing with the visitors you tried to discourage living hear. Get a life. Get a hobby. Get out more often. You are spending entirely too much of your time playing on an apartment website. A friend told me about this site so I had to check it out. It has been quite entertaining to read all the moaning that people will cry about to anybody who will listen. Look, I'm not saying you deserve to be woke up at 3 a.m. ever, but until you buy a house with your own front and back yard that belongs to you, you'll just have to get used to apartment living. It is what it is. Of course, then you have to pay for your own pest control if you get ants, pay for your own plumber if something leaks, pay for an HVAC guy if you A/C breaks, etc....find a happy balance and just weigh out the pros and cons. When you get your house, you won't have to listen to the guy that lives on the third floor of the apartments walk three flights of steps, hearing every step he makes till he gets to his place. Of course, none of this bothers me because I've been living in apartments for 20 years and there are just certain things you come to expect. Now I just wasted 30 minutes of my life talking nonsense about your nonsense because, just like you, I feel it's a good idea to share our thoughts on the complex. Please complain more tomorrow so I have something to entertain me. By the way, people complain about Wal-Mart everyday....and you know what? They keep going back and its a billion dollar business. You take the good, you take the bad, you take them both and there you have "The Facts of Life". I may have just aged myself. Esther G. Pathetic AMLI. More attempts to shoot the messenger. People see through these transparent AMLI management postings. Notice how each positive post is defensive of management, seek to minimize negative comments, and mock the authors (crazy whinny etc)? Are we really to believe someone has come to this board seeking entertainment? Further, your comment about noise at the pool was almost verbatim to what the girl at the office commented during our phone conversation the same day you posted! Coincidence? I have been very upfront with who I am, and AMLI is well aware of my posts. Management has ignored the fact noise at the pool is an issue, and to date has failed the residents in the vicinity. Since you feel this is acceptable, please explain the obstacles to posting pool hours? I have never lived in a complex that made no effort to post pool hours. Have you? There is a direct causal relationship between management not posting signs and people at the pool in the middle of the night. Posting a couple signs would have prevented the vast majority the incidents. I know this to be the case because I have gone to the pool and confronted several groups, and each time they indicated there are no pool hours, and I have no means to prove otherwise! My hope is potential renters will ask themselves if this is an AMLI management practice that will permeate all concerns, and consider looking for better alternatives than this complex. You can be proactive, or put out fires after the place is in flames? It is clear to me, AMLI chooses the latter approach. I naively assumed sending several complaints to Ginny would resolve the matter months ago. Unfortunately, that leaves tenants no choice but to air their complaints on message boards and in the community. It is extremely disappointing a tenant must waste so much time just trying to get signs posted at the pool. However, the time I have spent on this board pales in comparison to the amount of time I have spent lying in bed listening to people at the pool in the middle of the night. Price is an issue, because I could live in a noisy complex with poor management for almost half the price. It is reasonable to expect more, when you pay more. Right? Our economy is predicated on the belief higher price equates to superior satisfaction. Otherwise, we would all live south of 183, drive Honda Civics, and eat spam. AMLI over promised, and under delivered. Race of the people at the pool was an issue. My posts are directed toward AMLI, and I am providing the same facts I provided Ginny @ the time concerning the offending tenants and the event. Race is an identifying characteristic. It is your choice to inject your own belief system into that statement. By your flippant (noise is noise) logic, a robbery is a robbery so why bother describing the suspect? And telling people my opinions at the leasing office is reflecting the facts at hand. However, since the poster isn???t very good at this, if one were to speak a defamatory statement, it is slander / written form is libel. And as far as the lame, get a life, I have a life, and lack of sleep affects that life. Hence, the motivation behind my posts. Having a life entails working long hours and enjoying my time out of the office. That requires sleep. I am here because each night I can???t expect to get a reasonable night of sleep. And that lack of sleep is affecting my work performance and caused me to cancel several engagements. This is directly attributable to ineffectual AMLI management who dismisses tenant concerns. Anyone considering this complex feel free to contact me yes.kevin@yahoo.com Kevin Jones
