It don't know if the person writing negative reviews had some horrible experience.
I have had no problems here and have lived here since they first opened. The staff is really good and have addressed the issues without creating any hassles. The office has had some changes in staff but that can happen anywhere. They have always addressed any issue i have had, good or bad within a timely manner. It is really a great community to live in although a bit higher in price comparatively. I would recommend anyone to live here if they want a great atmosphere and quality but with a little bit extra price tag attached to it. The one downside i can point is that they don't have any policy to address the safety issues like burglary and also this is not a gated community.
