I live next door in Lincoln Lakeside and LOVE it, but put my application in at AMLI because the price was a little lower. I was washing my boyfriend's ( who is an AMLI resident) car in the carwash a few minutes ago and the "property manager" who would not identify himself further slammed the brakes on his truck, got out and told me off for using the wash. He did not know me from the next person. I explained I was staying with someone there and he called the cops on me!!!! Right then and there, did not even try to contact my boyfriend, the resident. The greatest irony is that my application is sitting on his desk now. He can take it and shove it! Do not even consider this place....check out Lincoln Lakeside where i have been living in bliss for 3 years. I'll save my extra $150/mo in rent and live under professionals and not worry about cops being called on my for using the amenities.

You did not miss out, I had to beg and pay to get out there! You should be happy you didnt make that mistake..It was the worst time of my life. Your home should be a place you enjoy being, a place to relax and a place not to worry about things...This is not the case with Amli. First, this is the place for you, if: you want the ability to hear your neighbors get and walk to the bathroom (at any time of day or night), if you want to know what your neighbors are talking about over the breakfast table, or what they are doing in the private times (which should stay private)..need I go on....*and it doesnt matter who your neighbors are or which building you are in, the problem remains (I tried different buildings there, as did some fellow residents with the same problem, no fixes)..I was miserable every morning and everynight..(it feels great to have moved). Now as for the mgt., by the end of your stay you will have felt like you bought a used car, a lemon at that. Promises, promises , promises, none kept. I'll just quickly run through the rest...Safety: for get about it, you'll be best friends with the cops, because you'll see them more than you want to. Staff: if you want to have an awkward stare down everytime you walk to check your mail or leave your apt, you hit gold then! I am so happy to have gotten out of there, alive. If this is any reflection on Amli as a company, they wont last too long, because they are on a down hill rolling fast. Any advice I can give...get out while you can! and if you havnt made the choice to move in, well I can only wish you luck and hope you find out before it is too late!

I completely agree with the poster and person who left a comment. While the units are fairly nice (due to being new). The management is awful, they treat you like a prisoner, awkward stares, snotty tones. Jennifer was the manager while I was there. I was basically thrown out because my child was too loud. And their maintenance manager, who is the man who drives the truck thinks he is a god. Not only was my family unable to relax, we were singled out for being noisy and were driven out. On top of that a member of my family is permanently disabled and they did not show empathy toward our situation, instead forced us out of our home child and all. As soon as we had the chance to go we did so quickly. I really hoped to make AMLI my home for a good long while, bought all new furniture had my place nicely decorated and my hopes were dashed almost immediately. Don't move there, you can find something better and pay less, if you have to pay more it would be worth it too.
Regardless of what you do you and how much you try to control noise it will bother others nd others will bother you, walls and floors are paper thin. I will NEVER recommend AMLI to anyone I know and will support truthful negative feedback every chance I get.
