Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I have lived at the for three years. At the begining the office staff was nice, but when it was time to leave they turned. The apartment manager needs to be fired.
If you are having a conversation/negotiation
with her, GET EVERY THING IN WRITING. SHE TENDS TO FORGET A LOT! I learned the hard way. Maintenance is also a problem. Parking sucks. To much kids making noise and messy. The reason I stayed there for 3 years is sometimes moving can be a pain. There are a lot of apartments close by that is 100% better then The Apple Apt.
