Supposedly, for "first timers" - you must sign a one year lease. had I known what I know now, I would have never completed an application for this community. the apartments are infested with all sorts of "critters", big and small. the tenants living there are nasty, inconsiderate and disrespectful. the so-called apartment managers are unprofessional and do not care about the tenants. as long as you are paying the rent and water. the outside appearance needs repair, a new paint job and a proper sewage drain. the rent is cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. If you don't mind the loud noise (fighting tenants, loud music), unprofessional managers (they will argue with maintenance employees, regardless of who is around), critters (bugs, flying and crawling), disrespectful tenants (loud music and fights), then WELCOME HOME TO THE ROTTEN APPLE APARTMENTS!!!!!
