ROACHES, ANTS, SPIDERS, ANIMAL DROPPINGS, WANDERING CATS, VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE PERSONNEL, Loud music, disrespectful neighbors, The laundry rooms are always dirty or something is broken or leaking. The maintenance men are creepy looking and are very flirtatious! The pool area is very noisy and is always trashed. The mailbox area is flooded and trashed with unwanted mail. Wrecked / non-running cars are everywhere and more if this floats your boat, then The Apple apartments is just right for you!! I would not recommend living here to my worst enemy.

I agree! I use to live there. My friend's apt. was robbed, there. The whole place was a mess when I lived there and it's sad to hear it still is. What is even sadder is people will move in there..ignoring our reviews..just b/c the rent is slightly cheaper than other complexes. Potential renters..do yourself a favor a spend a little extra money for a nicer apt. complex.

Amen to everything said. The manager is a real idiot who needs to be fired, along with everyone else who works there. Parking is a nightmare, unless you rush home before 6pm, there is nowhere to park. The place is a ghetto.

I was a resident here and I cosign this persons opinion regarding this apartment complex. Its very disgusting and I know first hand what this resident has gone through. My advise to her: Leave ASAP, Run!!!!. My advise to potiential residents: Please save yourself the headache and dont move here!!!
