These apartments are terrible. The place is managed/maintained by a very unprofessional, & incompetent staff. Nothing is being done to fix up the property (there are numerous city code violations). Loud music, stray cats, pests, trash and the lack of adequate parking are a constant nuisance. Calling the police is very effective in dealing with the loud music, and "shady characters" that hang around the property, because the current manager will do absolutely nothing but socialize on the phone and surf the internet all day. Please do not rent here. There are much better apartments in Irving that are managed by real professionals.
