My husband and I lived in The Apple for 6 years almost 7 years. Management was fine until a new person came along. She is young, very rude, and unprofessional. I moved and we get a bill in the mail stating we owe a water bill, which was paid at the beginning on the month. My air went out and we werre told because we live upstairs that is the reason the air does not work. What the HELL! We have lived upstairs for years and have NEVER been HOT! The day we closed on our house we get a knock on the door letting us know that our air conditioner just blew up, but remember I stay upstairs and this is the reason I am HOT! The kids are BAD as HELL! The parents do not make their children mind. They climb on your cars, ride their bicycles in your driving path, and destroy the property.
