Three days with no water and don't know what the hell is management doing

Can you imagine to live w/o water for three days and this is not the first time. It happened to me several times. Please consider this before moving here. This apartment is hell and the management is crap. I don't have time to write all this here in apartment rating but couldn't help myself becasue I feel responsible to aware those people who are planning to move here in future.
The management doen't really care about the tennant. They really sucks. They don't care where the money comes, just wanted to rip the tennant off. If you are planning to move here, be ready to pay some extra for the irresponsibility of the management. like I did, 749 last month for 2 bed apt including unseen fees due to their fault.

I hear you. The apts. are rundown, poorly insulated, noisy, trash everywhere, and unsupervised children. Management does not enforce community rules, or address any complaints by the tenants. The maintenance crew do the best they can considering what they have to work with. You get results when you contact Multifamily Dwellings (City of Irving Code Enforcement) 972-721-4929, The Texas Tenants Union www.txtenants.org, and the Irving police to report excessive noise and criminal activity.
