This Place Is Hell From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/15/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   Okay... Let me begin by stating, i was just like all of you looking at this. Could this place be really that bad''' hm... well, come to LIVE HERE, YES IT IS!!! Please people, advice yourself and DO NOT RENT HERE. They have not taken care of ANY of my problems with this apartment. A. The carpet is OLD.. they do not care to change it B. I STILL DON'T HAVE A SMOKE DETECTOR THAT WORKS C. The countertops are discusting. i don't even cook in my home because of this. D. There are roaches in the kitchen and ants in your room.. can you say Pest Control'''' aww, yes, I DID, BUT THEY HAVE STILL NOT TAKEN CARE OF IT!!!!! The lady in Management CARES SO MUCH ABOUT HER PERSONAL LIFE THAT SHE DOESN'T CARE FOR THE TENNANTS! WHAT KIND OF MANAGER IS THAT. I would say fire the woman. She sucks. We were out of water for 3 days last month! they could not give us a time frame AT ALL. There are days when the cold water is HOT and the hot water is COLD. Not too long ago there was no trash service! trash was EVERYWHERE!! The air conditioning makes your apartment smell like CIGARETTES AS IF SOMEONE IS SMOKING RIGHT THERE! when i asked about this they just plainly said.. well all apartments in one building are connected to the same attic.. WHAT THE HELL! SO I'M SUPPOSE TO LIVE LIKE THIS WHILE SOMEONE ELSE ENJOYS A CIGARETTE!!'!! PEOPLE... PLEASE STAY AWAY.. FIND A NICER PLACE THAN THIS HELLHOLE! OOO AND IF YOU DO, TRY TO BE ON TIME IT'S 50 DOLLARS FOR BEING LATE PLUS 10 DOLLARS EVERY DAY AFTER THAT!
