Horrible!!! From the Apartments to the Staff!!! Just Horrible

I moved in The (rotten) Apple in May 08 and I have had nothing bust issues since the 1st day. The apartment we were originally given wasnt ready so I had to call and have my lights and cable transferred again and it cost an evtra 15 to do that.. Then we had fleas all in the apartment and it smelled straight like smoke and since we arent smokers, it bothered us like crazy. When we moved in, we got the sheet to where if anything is wrong, they will come and fix it, well here it is December and guess what, nothing on that paper has been fixed.. I even typed up a letter with all the things that were wrong with our apt and put it in our Oct rent and guess what,,, still nothing... We cant even enjoy our patio cause when the sprinklers come on, it wets, the whole patio cause the head is missing off it. The water takes about 5 minutes to warm up so we can was the dishes, we had had issues with people parking in our covered parking places and the office and towing company said that they car cant be moved... We had a leak in our apt and it messed up the carpet and it took them about a month to fix that and then it was half fixed.. The upstairs neighbors garbage disposal leaks onto our patio and u can just imagine how bad that smells.. The list goes on and on, I can write a book on how bad the service is at The (rotten) Apple apts.. I wouldnt suggest anyone move there unless they know the manager cause then they might get the VIP treatment.. Dont have to call corporate cause Alan wont call you back either.. I think the apts needs to be torn down and made into a parking lot for the apts around them.. I will never go back over there once we are gone and I am moving tomorrow and I feel like I have won the lotto.. For all of the people who are still there, run and get out while you can.......
