Lease renewal Problems From: nimitkaul@yahoo.com Date posted: 10/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   1. The equipments are too old. 2. There is no covered parking. 3. While renewing the lease they wont abruptly increase the lease at the last moment w/o any explantion.
