Lived here for a while, This place has gone down hill badly.
The units are old, The units are not well insulated, the AC units are ancient.
If you are looking for electric bills below 250.00 keep on looking.
There are a few updated apartments but they are asking way more than they are worth.
you can get alot more apt for the money than this place. keep on looking!

Utility bills below $250? When? Mine have never been less than $300 for the last 3 years. Can't wait to get out.
The place is starting to have alot of young thugs hanging around in the evenings. There are lights out that haven't been repaired in the common areas, so if you come home after dark, it's exactly that...dark. Cracks in the walls, doors and windows that don't shut properly, and leak the ac or heat out. If you want insulation, you'll have to do it yourself. Neighbor noise is horrible, and if you mention it in the office, all they do is tell you to call the police. Parking is just as bad, and the dumpsters are always full to overflowing.
The recent Bank of America robbery was in the neighborhood, the getaway car was left just off the property. How safe is that?
