This place is absolutely horrible for the price of the apartments. Parking is always full because the gates allow everyone to get in and there is rarely any security. That explains why there are so many cars broken into at this place. Management does nothing about it either. The complex is mostly a melting pot consisting of many foreigners, young professionals and party people. The grounds are kept nice looking, but the sprinklers always soak your car. Maintenance always shows up when they say they will, but often have to return to fix their own work. The office staff sounds so nice until you have a problem, then they are inept. They even lie to try and appease you for the time being. When you have to call security, do yourself a big favor and call 911 instead, because security at this place forwards you to a call center, they forward your info to a security person, then the security person calls you an hour later and usually never shows up. Overall, this place is no safer for your automobile than the projects and it is a rip off to live here. I?m glad I?m gone, because I?m living somewhere much nicer and quieter for a lot cheaper. Oh, one more thing, and probably the worst thing of all, the dust in the apartment vents. Holy Crap! We had to dust three times a week! I'm pretty sure normal dust isn't black either.
