I've been living here for 6 months now and love it. I have an excellent view of downtown Las Colinas and downtown Dallas. The pool is great, complete with outdoor grill island, sand volleyball court, and water volleyball net. Great workout facility as well. The staff and residents seem friendly as well. I've never had any problem with noisey neighbors. It's very quiet and peaceful. The grounds are beautiful.
People say they have a hard time with parking, but I happen to live next to one of the extra parking lots, so I've never had a problem with it.
