Cool place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   I've been here for a number of years, and though it is not as much fun as it used to be, it is getting better again. Apartments are great, the parking has never really been an issue since I have covered I pay 20 bucks for, neighbors are cool and it is not that expensive. Overall the best place around. Multiple people left and have moved back. The staff are friendly and I think do what they can as far as fixing stuff. The one big complaint other then the pool and hot tub breaking down is the office complex. It is not a functioning club house, but an over-decrorated showplace of no value to tenants except during the day. I fault the people who designed and built it, not Oakwood. Great place, and am having trouble motivating myself to move out. Summer here is the best.
