Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
-Very expensive for such small apts.
-Absolutely NO parking, and there are waiting lists for "reserved" parking.
-Gates never work so anyone can get in, or they reverse back as your driving through and slam into your car.
-Workout equipment really old and alway broken in gym.
-Pool is packed with "non residents" all summer.
-Hottub is un-useable, they're lucky the health dept. hasnt shut them down for that one.
-It will cost you an extra $40/month to tan 3-4 times a week ($3 per tan).
-Maintenance is prompt but have attempted to fix the same problem 5 times and still cant get it right.
-Stay out of the grass you may step in dog poo, but you'll smell that problem when you walk around.
-2 break-ins in my building alone, in the last 4 months
Trust me its worth saving the money and living down the street. Not the quality i was promised when signing the lease and paying a small fortune each month.
