I really enjoy living at the Oakwood Grand Venetian. Its so comforting to come home to this community after a long day of work. I must admit, the price is a little steap for someone on a budget, but its worth it to me. The facilties are so nice - the work out room is crouwded at 5:00-7:00 so dont bother working out at that time, the pool had problems over the summer with people who didnt live there coming and using the pool, and there tends to be noisy teens playing on their skteboards after school. OVerall, I really enjoy this apartment. Some of the people that live here are snobby, but I guess thats just the type of people that live in this area.
I have never had a problem with parking because I have a garage, but I can see why parking might be an irritant to some residents. Anyway, hope this helps!
