WARNING!!!! This place is a trap From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Overpriced, and underperforming...The Oakwood Grand Venetian is a poorly managed and a bad place to reside. There is NO sense of community. This is evident by the residents trashing the common areas of the property. The management poorly enforces the rules set forth in the lease agreement (i.e. Trash, Gas Grills, etc...) The mail man is on crack. He can't deliver any mail to the correct address.T his place is a dissapointment.
