Rent Creep

Beware the rent creep when your lease comes due for renewal. Rather than accepting 1-2 month free rent ask for reducing the rent on the lease agreement. Might be difficult but thats the best insurance over sudden increases in rents when the lease is renewed.
Other than that the aptt community is great - could do with faster responses to service request though.
