So about 11 months ago I wrote up a review of my initial thoughts after moving in. Not alot was done to fix the problems, but they were fixed nonetheless. A couple months after moving in, everything was great... nice place to live. Then they changed management companies. I cannot begin to describe how far up their ass the management has their head. I'd like to be cordial about the review here, but this is ridiculous. I stopped paying for a parking spot because everyone parked EVERYWHERE. When I drive through the property one night and count 18 vehicles parked on the curb outside the breezeway -- for free -- I decided my paid, covered spot across the parking lot was no longer worth the price. I too now park for free.

They're reducing the price it seems, about $100 per apartment (what they offered on my recent renewal -- which I've declined, naturally). But it still is far overpriced for what they're offering. No more security guard and the proof is in the pudding... haha... and you can check with the local police department as to the complaints and reports... easy enough to do. The apartments themselves aren't the problem... its an apartment, you hear a bit of noise, you have no warranty and if someone else keeps up your lawn, imagine that it won't be up to your own personal expectations. The problem here is the management... it starts at the top, the management company hasn't the slightest clue what's going on (or they do and don't care) and while maybe the staff isn't completely helpless, they're not really earning their keep. Save yourself some time and expense, and headache, and find another place to live. My guess is that their occupancy rate is about to fall off dramatically, and I'd like to help you decide not to make this same mistake as others have made this far.
