I moved here because it's close to North Lake where I go to school, but I'll move to either Rosemont or Tuscan Villas when my lease is up. 37 days left...I'm counting down the minutes!

And parking, forget about it. It took me 7 months to get a reserved spot, and even now somebody else is always parked in it. And they refuse to tow them. So, I've had to park in the Starbucks parking lot two blocks away, and my car was broken into there. As for the non-reserved spots, you will not find one, especially at night.

I agree with what another reviewer said. This IS the ghetto. Do yourself a favor and move to Tuscan Villas (I love the parking garage and larger, cheaper than Oakwood rooms) or Rosemont (I love the look of the outside and the proximity to Cool River and the park).

Don't get me started on Oakwood's maintenance record. Ugh. G-H-E-T-T-O!
