Pros:
-Location
-Pool
Cons:
-Parking is non-existent
-Incredibly high rent, especially if you renew
-Unorganized staff
-They keep the gym at around 84 degrees
-Unkept grounds
-Cars get broken into
-No elevator
-Electric bills are sky-high
-Gates are always broken
-Mailman steals your mail, especially any checks (i.e. mail-in rebates)
-Basketball court at ghetto apartments right next door...noise will you up early on Sat/Sun
If you actually move here, your rent will increase dramatically. Mine was going to go from $755 to $1120 (for a one bedroom!) after the specials ran out and they raised the rent, but I moved.
