I have decided to move out of this place.
When we first moved here, my wife was in love with the pool and the big gym area. Which, fairly, in my opinion is still a big plus.
The management had told us that parking would not be an issue. Even George Bush couldn't have lied this much!
I agree with most of the reviewers; The mailman is definitely on some kind of polarized crack! Once or twice a week, I will visit a couple of my neighbors to deliver their mail to them, and they will do the same.
The rent has gone up WAY high, and there is no way that I'm dealing with this BS.
The worst part about this property is no stop signs on the intersections within the community or speed bumps. People routinely drive about 40 miles per hour, and even after complaining to management once every month, they haven't done anything about it.
And then there are the ants... Oh yes, those cool roomie ants that don't pay the rent...
I'm moving out... qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

If you are having problems with the mailman, file a formal complaint with the usps. You can do this by going to usps.org & emailing the complaint. You can request to be put on a special delivery program where the mailman must account for every single piece of mail delivered to you.
