Don't live here - management doesn't care about anything

This community has gone down hill quickly - manager is rude to residents - never received a copy of our lease after asking 7 times - policies are not enforced (i.e. glass bottles by the pool, trash being left out on "off" days) - we have seen staff walk right by people at the pool with glass and not say anything - gates rarely work - dial up from gate to apartment rarely works - for months visitors were able to push the button to open the gates at any time day or night when it is only supposed to work during office hours - advertised as a gated community when there is absolutely no gate or fence on the canal side of community so anyone can walk in at anytime - parking is terrble - weekends the pool is filled with people who don't live there or know anyone who lives there because no one in management bothers to check the pool - I could go on and on and on but the bottom line is DON'T MOVE INTO THIS COMMUNITY
