Sales are very terrible. Price ok to "Changes" everyday even they told you the price one day early. If you want to try. It is on your own risk.

I agree with this. I saw the smallest 1/1 for $725 a few days ago. Now the price is up to $755. www.archstonelascolinas.com Certainly I have heard of supply and demand. I am just informing people of drastic price differences from week to week for the same size apt. I, for one, would never pay $50,000 for a Honda Civic just because there is only one left. (Unless, of course, there was some world ending reason why I needed that particular car.) If you get a good price, then take the apartment. It is a good place to live. Do not overpay for an apartment at Archstone just because there is only one available. Shop around. There are plenty of other places to live.
