I have stayed at Archstone Las Colinas since Nov 2004, however I had moved out in Nov 2006.
Formerly when it was known as Oakwood Grand Venetian, I was very pleased with the service level, which includes the maintainence and office staffs. However, when it changed to Archstone Las Colinas, the office staffs wasn't so friendly and the maintainence guys took 2 days to respond to my service requests.
Also one more thing to mention, under the new management, the gate is always having problems.eg. one night my hubby came home late, although with the gate remote, he was not able to enter the apartment premise, he have to make a round & enter through the Macarthur gate.
