I can't explain how constantly annoyed I was as this place.
They didn't clean before we moved in, they did not clean, they just painted over everything. Including roaches, bees nests IN THE A
PARTMENT!
NO PARKING on weekends and you can't get anywhere near the gazebo at our luxury, resort style pool because we host frat parties including people funneling beer and humping each other. the gates don't work right and there is no security. the pool is oily and filled with band-aids, piss, and hair extensions.
They nearly killed my cat because they decided to paint next door with the windows closed. The mailman spends hours in the gym bathroom and can't get the mail thing down at all.
The people in the office are stupid androids with no common sense.






I feel an ice cold wind when I walk into the office to get packages and ask questions. The staff seems unmotivated and I can never, ever seem to get a straight answer-or the same answer from 2 people. We didn't get the amenties we were promised with our apartment and the management made no effort to compensate us. I realize they have a alot of people to accomodate but a half-assed friendly smile and some empathy would have helped clear the bad taste from my mouth. Did I mention cleaning dried urine and clumps of crusty hair from the around the toilet was my first cleaning task. Followed by prying open up the a/c heater vents that had been recently painted shut.... Hummmmmmm'

I completely agree with the straight answer - or the same answer from 2 people! We are trying to get out of there as soon as possible!

it's too bad. I hear from a lot of people that this is one of the better places in Las Colinas (for the price) I'm afraid to move because I'll be taking on a whole new set of problems, I guess if I was at a different age and I wanted to join the humping in the pool area, i would have never wrote this.
