My wife and I lived here for 1 year and have found this to be the best apartment complex in Irving!

Parking was BAD as the parking sizes are too small for me to get my butt in and out of my car.

There was no noise! The only noise that we heard was the fire department sirens but they never made such noise at night (no fires'). The landscapers are pretty damn noisey cutting the grass so darn early in the morning.

This is an oasis of Irving! The pool(s), beach volleyball, location, security, is excellent! We had an officer check everyone before they entered our pool area as it seems to be the most beautiful pool in Dallas!

When we lived there, there were 2 officers who lived there. If there were to be any problem, we could call them anytime. We never did as it is a very safe place.

The layout is beautiful. (others who didnt get a chance to rent the apartment on the 3rd floor where there was a fireplace, dont get angry....but we never used it! Construction is good, landscape is tended to.

Staff are really great but there was a problem when we left. They told us that we could cut our lease short at the last month and they would prorate it, but in the end and after moving out and handing over the key, the said that we had to pay the whole rent. they apologized but expected us to pay. i still refuse this and would contest it.

Overall, it has been the best apartment complex that I have ever lived at. I tried to stay at their oakwood branch in Tokyo, but it costs $2,000/month...... now living in a box. Great place!

If you ever go to work very early in the mornings or come back home late from parties, you may get a chance to see wild rabbits hopping about. Cute! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I am a former resident and I experienced the office staff saying one thing, but doing another. When we first moved in we were told that at anytime, we would be able to move to a different Lincoln Property during our lease. When we decided that we may need to upgrade, the offer was no longer valid. After our second month, we recieved a notice saying we owed money. We actually did not, but the agent who did our lease, failed to put into the computer that we recieved a concession for "looking and leasing". The people in the office seem very disorganized and did a poor job of communicating among themselves. The property is nice, but the parking is TERRIBLE and the management is poor as well.
