Definitely would recommend staying here. Just be prepared for the price tag. I stayed in building 6229 and it was peaceful, probably because it was on the outskirts of the complex, but still nice. I began living here while archstone was still managing it, and i will agree that archstone was a better management company. The people were nicer, but the management for grand venetian at least tried and got better. I stayed in a massive one bedroom apartment that had a massive price tag but i loved it all the same. i could fit a twin size bed in my closet! beat that! and it was one of the selling points for me. maintenance issues were settled quickly and within the time allotted. the exercise facility is huge for an apartment complex and i spent many hours there. parking was a bit of a beast on weekends. I have no idea where the extra cars came from and once my boyfriend's car almost got towed because of some douche in a bmw who never parked in the spot she claimed she owned. but it turned out okay in the end. but finally, you can't beat the location. it's within perfect reach of everything in las colinas. if only i could still afford it!
