I lived there for over 3 years. At the begining I was comfortable with Oakwood but then Lincoln bought it. Our nightmare started with Lincoln, the staff is very unproffesional, they would never help you out. Maria is the only one that is nice. Now we are ready to move. Staff overall in unpleasant, rude and they really don't care about the tenants.
I have to accept that the pool and gym are big and nice but is always busy, especially now in summer, is even worse than going to a public club. There are bottles of liquour everywhere, you would never find parking, weekends are full of kids from college and noisy.
Definitely is not the place to stay.

Just wanted to add that I had written an excellent review in the past about this place. In terms of location and facilities they are probably among the best in the area. But they really don't care about the tenants. They smile to you when you come into the office but the moment they realize you are not a possible leaser then they become very serious. These people need more training in customer service.

I dunno.. I guess I can see what your're talking about.. but at the same time, I completely understand what it's like to be busy and try to have to accomodate a number of impatient customers all at the same time. Stacey has always been over and above helpful to me (once she finishes with the customer she was initially speaking with when I came in).
