We moved in last November. The staff has usually been very helpful and friendly. There has been a couple of people that haven't returned my phone calls. Maintenance has been great. I had a list of 5 things for them to fix, they came out the next day and fixed all of it. The pool is awesome, but it stays crowded and a lot of the people don't even live at the complex. That is a little irratating. Their cable/internet contract is with Grande Communications and they are the worst cable company I have ever used!!!!! We haven't had internet for 3 months now because aparantly the bandwith in the area isnt capable of servicing everyone in the area, so they said they ordered new equiptment to fix this problem....3 months ago''' Still not there''' Odd... (But that's Grande Com not Grand Venetian) They have a contract with them until 2010. Extremly frustrating! And parking.... terrible. If you get home later than 9pm....prepare to walk OR prepare not to find a spot at all. The offices response to this is, "there's nothing we can do." or "You can buy a covered spot." Well we don't want to pay to park here #1 and #2 there aren't even any covered spot available in our area. At my old complex, they went to assigned parking to keep visitors from parking in tenant spots. Why can't they do that. If we are paying all of this money in rent why not make sure we have a place to park too' On another note. The apartments overall are very nice and spacious. It's very quiet and the neighbors are friendly.
