I moved into this complex when archstone still had it. I cannot say anything about the office people because they were always hiding in the back. When Lincoln took over they brought in very professional people. The two men dressed in suit and tie everyday. Stood up when you came into the office and treated me like they really wanted me to stay. One of them left and this other one, John, he was extremely professional. He maintained order at the crazy pool. I noticed him walking his dog late at night through the complex and the gym and pool area. Made a huge difference. When my roommate and I needed to break our lease, he quickly came up with a solution to our problem. He offered a transfer to another complex I could afford by myself.At the Vistas. He took care of everything for me and made me feel very comfortable. I transferred there and a few months later I came into the managements office and he had been transferred there. I was so glad to see a smiling face. The girls at the vistas were horrible. Made me wait in the lobby while they finished up a screamking match with their boyfriends.
