Very Nice but over rated. Rent never goes lower than the market rate. All the others do but not Grand Venetian. They just want to say that's the market rate and that's all they can obey by, how come all the other apartments right around that area have great deal on move-in specials and Grand Venetian doesn't. They may say that there's a special going on, but in reality it's not a special. Something is not being told, you'll find out! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
