Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
This place has terrible service. The staff is totally dedicated to sales and getting people in, but once in, they forget you.
They don't do anything about noise issues, leave trash and dog mess sitting there if they walk by.
It often takes 3-5 visits for the repair staff to actually fix something.
It takes DAYS to get a return call if you leave a message.
And their management just shrugs their shoulders and says they cannot fix the issues.
