Worst Management Experince Ever

Sales staff may be the best at sales I have ever seen. Once you move in don't get your hopes up of getting anything repaired.
Want a new air filter for your HVAC system' Go buy it your self, they save $15 a year by replacing it once.
Also had to buy all the light bulbs in the apartment upon move-in.
If you work long hours like me, the office is never open past 5:00 p.m. and opens after 10:00 a.m on weekdays. Answering machine in office was a waist of money as I have never had a phone call returned.
For 6 months I got the wrong water bill and they sent a bill collector after me rather than call, leave a note on the door, or stop by.
Management's excuse for my problems was "personal health problems" that the GM was experiencing.
One additional complaint, the water. Make sure to buy bottled water. Several occasions with broken water pipes on property left you dry in the mornings (had to shower at work several occasions) and left large amounts of dirt in the water. Management blamed it on the settling soils of Las Colinas, however no other apartment complex with in 100 miles has the same number of problems. True blame is on cheap design and construction of the property.
