Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
When I moved in, they were willing to give lots of incentives, and throw in some discounts and all. The one bedroom that I stayed in was cramped, so after I got married I wanted to upgrade to a 2, possibly 3 bedroom.
I was willing to extend for a year, but when we met with the leasing people they offered us pretty much market rent. They didn't offer any sort of incentive for staying, so we left.
The apartments have nicer than average fixtures. Showers are strong....
You have your own personal space in the community, whereas in other places people are on top of each other.
Gym is ok, basketball court is the best I've seen (half court).
Move there if you get an free month, but plan to move out in a year!
