i had a thing for the fitness center & my own garage. the lay out for the 1 bedrooms was flawless. the pool has it's occasional craziness, but the dog poo everywhere & the ignorance of the chubby dingy girls in the office is simply irritating. was impossible to get the most simple things fixed & do NOT get me started on the water. more days than i can count, thick black water would come from faucets and they never could seem to get it fixed. their excuses were lies. the staff is more concerned about snacking from the fridge all day instead of actually getting the property running the way it should be for the price it charges. the gates never work &there have been many break ins in the cars of my neighbors. i am moving to grand treviso and cannot wait. this rosemont mess has potential to be a great property- but the staff is too lazy to do the place any justice. try visiting them sometime & enjoy their only talent which is to ignore you completely of haven't the mental capacity to retain what is requested. there are many workers in the office, the only thing is, they just walk back & forth & never accomplish anything. at leastthey could maybe hire cuter staff members so that such bad service might at least be entertaining. rosemont used to be better, but it has gone way too far downhill & i fear the repairs are impossible. when it comes right down to it, you need clean water running when you pay thousands of dollars to live there, at least, fix the dirty water! then fire that entire tacky staff. they are under qualified & way too bimbo to be helpful.
